Baby Brie with Crab


1 8 oz pkg baby brie

6 oz crab meat

2 tbsp mayo

1 tbsp diced pimento

1 tbsp minced shallot

2 pkg(2 oz each) phyllo tartlet shells

1 tbsp chopped fresh chives


If using canned crab meat,drain it and the pimentos.

Trim the rind from the Brie then cut it into 50 small cubes.

Combine the crab meat,mayo,pimento and shallot.

Place tartlet shells on a baking sheet and spoon about 1 tsp of crab mixture into each shell.

Top each with the brie.

Bake in a 350 deg preheated oven for approx 5 min or until cheese is soft and melted.

Sprinkle with chives.
