1/2 lb ground beef
or 1/2 lb cooked and chopped chicken

1/4 cup chopped onion

6 oz cheddar cheese-grated

1/4 cup ketchup

1 Tsp chili powder

1/4 Tsp hot sauce

1/4 Tsp salt

2 packages refrigerated pie crusts


If using ground beef,cook and drain it.

If using chicken,place chicken in skillet.

Add onion and cook til tender.

Add in the cheese,ketchup and seasonings,mix well,then remove from heat.

Unroll each pie crust and cut as many 2 1/2 inch circles as you can from each piece of dough.

Spoon 1 to 1 1/2 Tsp of meat mixture in center of each circle (the amount you use depends on how many circles you were able to cut from the dough).

Fold dough over filling and seal with a fork.

Place on oiled baking sheet and bake at 450 deg for 10-12 min. until crust is golden brown.

Serve warm, either plain or with your favorite dipping sauce.
