Garlic Cheese Dip


1 large bulb garlic-roasted

8 oz cream cheese-softened

8 oz sour cream

Dill weed,crushed tarragon and parsley flakes to taste ( I like a lot of dill in mine)


Remove skins from the roasted garlic and combine with remaining ingredients.

Chill til ready to serve.

This dip is on the thicker side so if you want it thinner,just add another 8 oz sour cream.

Serve with raw veggies or chips.
