Garlic Sausage Roll


Ingredients


4 1/2 lb ground sausage

6 cloves garlic-peeled and minced

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp majoram

1/2 cup flour

1 1/2 cup water


Directions

Combine all ingedients in a large bowl and mix well.

Shape into 8-10 inch rolls.

Wrap each roll in foil and bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes or til sausage is done.

Store in freezer til ready to use.

Thaw in refrigerator,slice and serve with crackers.
