Herb Crisps
Ingredients
12 eggroll wrappers
or 48 wonton wrappers
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Tsp garlic salt
cooking spray
Directions
If using eggroll wrappers,cut them in quarters.
Leave wonton wrappers whole.
Boil a large pot of water and drop in wrappers a few at at time for only 15-20 seconds until they resemble cooked noodles.
Drain on paper towels in a single layer.
Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray and arrange wrappers in a single layer on the sheet.
Sprinkle on the Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
Bake at 375 deg for 5 min. turn chips over and continue baking for another 3-4 min. or til golden brown and crisp.
Serve with salsa or dip of your choice.
