English Muffin Pizza
Ingredients
6 English muffins - split
1/4 lb pepperoni slices
1 4oz can mushrooms - drained
stems & pieces
1 can pizza sauce
Directions
Place muffins,cut side up,on a baking sheet.
Top each with 1 Tbsp of sauce then pepperoni,mushrooms and top with the cheese.
Bake at 400 deg until cheese melts and everything is heated through.
Variation - Add any toppings of your choice.
