Roasted Garlic and Herb Dip


8 large garlic cloves

2 tbsp fresh basil-chopped

1/4 tsp dried thyme

2/3 cup cream cheese

1/4 cup mayo

2 tbsp fresh chives

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp white pepper


Wrap the garlic in foil and bake at 500 for 30 minutes.

Unwrap and when cool enough to handle,squeeze the garlic out of the skins.

Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend til smooth(or beat with an electric mixer til smooth).

Chill til ready to serve.
