Shrimp Spread


1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 package plain gelatin

8 oz. package cream cheese

3 Tbsp. cold water

3/4 cup mayo

1 medium onion finely diced

1 cup finely dice celery

frozen shrimp or 2 cans small shrimp

Parsley sprigs for garnish


Heat soup and gelatin until dissolved.

Add water then stir in the cream cheese and mix well until smooth.

Add onion and mayo and again mix well.

Fold in celery and shrimp.

Pour into jello ring mold and refrigerate over night.

Invert onto serving plate and garnish with parsley.

Serve with a variety of crackers or toast rounds.
