Breaded Veal
(Wiener Schnitzel)


1 lb veal steaks
(cut in thin slices)

salt and pepper to taste

2 cups lightly seasoned bread crumbs

2 cups flour

3 eggs - well beaten

oil for frying


Mix salt and pepper with the flour.

Dredge each veal slice in the flour and shake off the excess.

Next, dip each slice in the beaten egg,naking sure it is totally coated.

Fry veal in hot oil until brow and crisp on both sides.

Drain on paper towels.
