Dilled Cheddar Bread


4 cup flour

2 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter

2 cup cheddar cheese-grated

1 tbsp dill weed

2 eggs-beaten'

1 1/2 cup milk


Combine the flour,baking powder,sugar and salt.

Cut in the butter til mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the cheese and the dill weed.

Mix the eggs with the milk and stir into the dry ingredients just til blended.

Pour into 2 greased 9x5 loaf pans.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
