Monkey Bread


Ingredients


3 can biscuits

1/2 cup sugar

2 Tsp cinnamon

3/4 cup melted butter

3/4 cup brown sugar


Directions


Mix sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon in a bag.

Cut each biscuit in quarters and shake in the cinnamon/sugar.

Place half of the coated biscuit pieces in the bottom of a tube or bundt cake pan.

Combine the melted butter,brown sugar and the remaining teaspoon of cinnamon and pour half of the mix over the biscuit pieces in the pan.

Repeat with remaining biscuits and butter mix.

Bake at 350 deg. for 45-50 min.

Variation - add nuts of choice to bottom of pan before adding biscuits and between layers.
