Tortillas


Ingredients


1 cup cornmeal
(yellow or white)

1 Tsp salt

1 cup boiling water


Directions


Add the salt to the boiling water.

Pour the boiling salt water over the cornmeal and stir til well blended.

When mixture is cool enough to handle,shape it into thin,flat cakes.

Cook on an unoiled hot griddle until brown,turning once.
