Coconut Butter Cake
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter - melted
1 (2-layer size) yellow cake mix, without pudding
3 egg,
1 cup chopped nuts
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese - softened
1 cup flaked coconut
Directions
Mix butter,cake mix,1 egg and nuts together and pat
into a greased 9x13 pan.
Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese,
remaining 2 eggs, and coconut; and pour over cake mixture in pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
No need for icing on this cake.
