Cream Cake


1/3 cup whipping cream

1 cup sugar

4 well beaten eggs

1 1/4 cup cake flour

2 Tsp baking powder

1/8 Tsp salt

1 Tsp lemon flavoring


Sift the flour then measure and resift with the baking powder and the salt.

Combine the sugar,eggs and cream and stir until well blended.

Add in lemon flavoring.

Stir in dry ingredients and beat on low or medium speed for 5 min.

Pour into a well oiled,shallow pan.

Bake 375 deg for 30 min.
