Toblerone Cheesecake


1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs

2 Tbsp melted butter

2 8oz pkg. cream cheese - softened

2 Tsp unflavored gelatine

1/3 cup boiling water

3/4 cup sugar

8 oz Toblerone - melted
milk or dark chocolate- your choice

1/2 cup cream.


Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter, press into the base of an 8 inch springform pan and chill.

Mix the melted chocolate with the cream.

Dissolve gelatine in the boiling water.

Beat the cream cheese until soft.

Add dissolved gelatine,sugar and melted chocolate,blending until smooth.

Pour onto crumb base and chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight.

Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings just before serving.
