Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Ingredients
2 cups toasted hazelnuts -brown skins removed
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 Tsp vanilla
1/8 Tsp salt
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
In process the nuts in a food processor until they release oil and are almost liquified(this may take from 5-10 min).
Add the cocoa,powdered sugar,vanilla and salt.
Keep processing for another minute.
Add the oil and mix until you obtain a smooth consistency.
Keep covered in the refrigerator and use within two months.
