Chocolate Raspberry Truffles
Ingredients
14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup "Chambord" raspberry liqueur
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp seedless raspberry jam
2 12-oz pkgs chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Place first 4 ingredients in large glass or plastic bowl and microwave on "high" for 3 minutes.
Add the chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
Cover and chill 1 hour until firm.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Store covered at room temperature.
