Heavenly Hash
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup almonds
(blanched and roasted)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbsp marshmallow creme
1 Tsp vanilla
4 Tbsp unsweetened chocolate-grated
24 large marshmallows
1 cup heavy cream
Directions
In a large,heavy pan,combine the chocolate with the sugar then add in the cream and butter.
Boil mixture to a soft ball stage (234-238 deg).
Remove from heat,add in marshmallow creme,nuts and vanilla.
Beat until mixture begins to thicken.
Spread marshmallows evenly over bottom of a well buttered,shallow dish.
Pour thickened mixture over marshmallows and spread evenly.
Let cool and cut into squares.
