Marbled Peanut Butter Fudge


Ingredients


1 1/2 cup butter

6 cups sugar

1 12oz can evaporated milk

1 13oz jar marshmallow creme

2 tsp vanilla

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup peanut butter(smooth or chunky)


Directions

In a heavy pan,combine the butter,sugar and milk.

Bring to a rolling boil,stirring constantly.

Boil for 5 min. or to 234 deg on a candy thermometer(never let the thermometer rest on the bottom of a pan).

Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme and vanilla.

Divide mixture in half.

Mix the chocolate chips in one half and the peanut butter in the other.

Pour the peanut butter mixture into a greased 13x9x2" pan and top with the chocolate mixture.

Swirl through both layers with a knife or spoon.

Cool completely before cutting into squares.
