Peanut Butter Fudge


Ingredients


1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup milk

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla


Directions

Combine sugars,salt and milk in a heavy saucepan.

Cook over medium heat to soft ball stage (240°F on candy thermometer).

Remove from heat and add marshmallows,peanut butter and vanilla.

Beat by hand or with an electric mixer until thick,creamy and mixture loses its gloss.

Spread in a buttered 8-inch square dish,cool and cut into squares.
