Lemon Bars


Ingredients


1 cup butter

2 cups plus 4 Tbsp flour

1/2 cup powdered sugar

4 eggs - beaten

4 Tbsp lemon juice

extra powdered sugar for dusting


Directions

Combine the butter,2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

Pat mixture into bottom of 13x9 pan.

Bake at 325 deg for 20 min.

Blend together the eggs,sugar,4 Tbsp flour and lemon juice.

Pour this mixture over the baked crust.

Bake at 325 for another 20 min.

Dust with powdered sugar and cut into bars.
