Monster Cookies
Ingredients
6 eggs - beaten
1 lb light brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 Tsp vanilla
1 1/2 Tsp white corn syrup
2 cups chocolate chips
2 Tsp baking soda
2 sticks (1cup) butter - melted
1 cup peanut butter - smooth or crunchy
9 cups old fashioned oatmeal - uncooked
2 cups plain M&M candies
Directions
Notice that this recipe does not use flour.
In a large bowl, stir vanilla and the two sugars into the beaten eggs and mix well.
Add in the corn syrup,chocolate chips,baking soda and the melted butter, stirring well.
Mix in the peanut butter.
Thoroughly mix in the oatmeal and the M&M's
Depending on size of cookie you want, drop by tsp or tbsp full onto a well oiled cookie sheet and lightly flatten the tops.
Bake at 325 deg for 10-12 min.
Makes approximately 20 dozen cookies.
