Quick 'n Easy Butter Pecan Ice Cream


1-1 1/2 cups toasted and chopped pecans

1 Tsp maple flavored extract

3 Tbsp melted butter

2 cups heavy cream

1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk


Combine the pecans,extract,melted butter and condensed milk in a large bowl and mix well.

Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and gradually fold the whipped cream into the pecan mixture.

Pour into a 2-3 qt container,cover and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.
