A Different Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
1/2 cup baking mix
(such as Bisquick or Jiffy mix)
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup water
2 cups milk
Directions
Combine baking mix, sugar and cocoa in large saucepan.
Gradually stir in water and milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat until mixture thickens and boils.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Cool, stirring occasionally.
Spoon pudding into serving dishes and chill until ready to serve.
Makes about 6 servings.
