Custard Mochi
Ingredients
4 cups mochi flour
(rice flour)
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
4 cups of milk
4 eggs
2 Tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter
Directions
Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in one egg at a time.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into greased 9x13" pan.
Bake at 350 deg for 1 hr and 15 min.
Let cool before cutting.
