Fruit Crisp


2 lbs fruit of your choice
(if using frozen fruit, thaw and drain well)

1 18oz box of spice cake mix

1 cup butter - melted

2 cups flaked coconut
(sweetened or unsweetened)

2 cups chopped nuts


Spread fruit in a 13x9 inch pan.

Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the fruit.

Drizzle the melted butter over top of the cake mix without stirring it in.

Top all with the coconut and nuts.

Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or til golden and bubbly.

Cut into squares. serve warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
