Fruit Fritters


Fritter Batter

1 cup flour

1/3 Tsp salt

1/2 cup milk

2 Tbsp sugar

2 well beaten eggs


Sift the flour with the sugar and salt.

Add the milk to the well beaten eggs.

Mix wet and dry ingredients together to make a smooth batter.


For Bananas

Add sugar and lemon juice to 3 bananas to achieve desired sweetness.

Dip in batter and deep fry.

For Apples

Add cinnamon sugar and small amt of lemon juice to 2 cups peeled and sliced apples.

Combine apples and fritter batter,drop by spoonfuls into frying oil.

Other fruits may also be used. Just add sugar and lemon juice to the fruit before combining with or dipping in the batter.
