Lemon Mint Sorbet


2 cups lemon juice

2 cups simple syrup

1/4 cup packed mint leaves


Place all ingredients in a heavy pan and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and let the mixture steep for a minimum of 5 min.

Strain and chill the liquid for 1 1/2 hrs.

Place chilled mixture in ice cream freezer and process according to machine instructions.
