Lemon Mousse


2 cups whipping cream

1/2 cup sugar

dash of salt

lemon juice


Whip the cream to stiff peaks.

Mix the sugar and salt and gently fold in to the whipped cream.

Slowly,stirring gently, add enough lemon juice to suit your taste .

Pour mixture into a mold.

Cover with waxed paper or a plastic wrap to prevent a "skin" from forming.

Chill for at least 4 hrs before serving.
