Pineapple Sherbet
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup crushed pineapple- drained
1 cup sugar
dash of salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup milk
Directions
Combine sugar,salt and water and heat to boiling.
Let mixture boil for 5 minutes and then cool.
Add pineapple,milk and lemon juice.
Pour into ice cream maker and freeze as per manufacturers directions.
