Pineapple Orange Mousse


3/4 cup orange juice

3/4 cup pineapple juice

1/3 cup sugar

dash of salt

2 cup evaporated milk
(not sweetened condensed milk)

1 cup crushed pineapple


Combine the juices,pineapple,sugar and salt.

Pour into a mols and partially freeze.

Whip the evaporated milk to stiff peaks and gently fold in the partially frozen mixture.

Cover with waxed paper or a plastic wrap to prevent a "skin" from forming.

Let chill at least 4 hours before serving.
