Rocky Road Ice Cream
Ingredients
14 oz condensed milk
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
2 cup whipping cream
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup salted peanuts-chopped
Directions
Combine the condensed milk and the chocolate syrup and set aside.
Beat the whipping cream to stiff peaks.
Gently fold in the milk-syrup mixture.
Add in the marshmallows,chips and nuts.
Pour into a freezer proof container,cover and freeze for a minimum of 5 hours or til firm.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
