Strawberries Arnaud
Ingredients
3 cup vanilla ice cream
3 cup fresh strawberries-sliced
Whipping cream-whipped
For the sauce
2 cup red wine
1/2 orange-sliced
1 lime-sliced
1 whole clove
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 cup sugar
Directions
For the sauce
Bring the wine to a boil.
Add in the remaining ingredients and stir for one minute.
Bring to a second boil.
Turn the heat off and allow the mixture to cool for 20 minutes.
Strain and refrigerate.
To serve
Place a generous scoop of ice cream in bottom of champagne glass.
Top with sliced strawberries.
Cover with sauce.
Garnish with whipped cream and one whole strawberry.
