EZ Broiled Fish


4 fish filets(any fish,1 1/2-2 lbs)

6 tbsp butter-melted

1 tbsp flour

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp fresh parsley-minced

2tsp worcestershire sauce


nonstick cooking spray


Place the fish on a broiler rack sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Brush the tops of the fish with 3 tbsp of the melted butter.

Dust with flour and then sprinkle with paprika.

Broil 5-6 inches from the heat for 5 minutes or til the fish just begins to brown.

Combine the lemon juice,parsley,worcestershire sauce and the remaining butter and brush over the tops of the fish.

Broil 5 minutes longer or til the fish flakes easily with a fork.
