Fish Cakes


Ingredients


1 1/2 quart water

1 lb white fish filets

3/4 cup bread crumbs

3 tbsp parsley

3 tbsp green pepper-minced

3 tbsp green onion-chopped fine

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp Worcestheshire sauce

1/8 tsp pepper

1 egg-beaten

2 tsp butter

cooking spray


Directions

Bring the water to a boil,add fish and cook til it flakes easily.

Drain the fish and pat dry then place in a bowl and flake.

Stir in the bread crums and remaining ingredients except for the butter.

Spray a skillet with the cooking spray and then melt the butter.

Shape the fish mixture into patties of desired size and fry til golden brown on both sides.
