Oven Fried Fish Fillets


2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp white wine or chicken broth

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1/4 Tsp salt

1/8 Tsp garlic powder

1/8 Tsp pepper

1 lb. fish fillets
your choice of fish

2 Tsp oil


Spray an oblong baking dish with a cooking spray.

In shallow dish, combine lemon juice and wine.

In another shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder and pepper.

Dip fillets in liquid then dip in crumbs to coat.

Arrange coated fillets on sprayed pan and drizzle with oil.

Bake at 450 deg for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
