Tartar Sauce 1


1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup minced sweet pickle

1 hard-boiled egg,chopped very fine

2 Tbsp minced shallot

2 Tbsp capers - drained

1/2 Tsp dried tarragon

2 Tbsp Creole or Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley leaves

1 Tsp lemon juice


In a small bowl stir together all the ingredients until the tartar sauce is combined well.

Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for no longer than 4-5 days.
