Walnut Mincemeat Pie


1 9inch unbaked pie shell

2 eggs-lightly beaten

1/4 cup sugar

2 tbsp flour

1/8 tsp salt

2 cup mincemeat

1/2 cup walnuts-chopped

1/4 cup butter-melted


Mix the sugar,flour and salt together.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the eggs.

Stir in the mincemeat,nuts and the butter.

Pour into the pie shell and bake at 325 for 35-40 min til set or a knife comes out clean when inserted.

Cool completely before serving and store leftover pie in the fridge.
