Chicken in Midori Sauce


1 recipe Midori Sauce
(see Sauce section)

2 whole chicken breasts

6 cups chicken broth or water

Salt and pepper to taste


Place chicken in a pot with the broth or seasoned water.

Bring the liquid to a boil and reduce heat.

Cook chicken until it is very tender.

Remove the chicken and put it in a pan with the Midori sauce then continue cooking for another 20 min.

Use the broth/water from the cooked chicken to make pasta or rice.
