Oven Fried Chicken


2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp seasoned salt

1 tsp coarse ground pepper

2 large egg whites-egg beaters or equivalent

2 cups cornflake crumbs


Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.

In small bowl,lightly beat egg whites.

Dip chicken breasts in egg whites to coat well.

Dredge in cornflake crumbs to coat both sides well.

Place in greased baking pan or on a non stick baking sheet.

Bake at 350 for 40 min til cooked through.
