Shoyu Chicken


Ingredients


5 chicken thighs -bone in and skin on

3 Tbsp low sodium shoyu {soy sauce}

2 Tbsp water

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

2 garlic cloves, minced

1Tbsp ginger, minced

1/2 onion, minced

1/4 Tsp crushed red pepper flakes


Directions


Mix all the ingredients together in a large zip lock bag

Add the chicken and marinate overnight, in the refrigerator

Preheat oven to 375 deg.

Place chicken and marinade in a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or til cooked through {165 deg}
