Turkey Florentine


16 oz frozen chopped spinach

1/2 stick butter

2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles

2 cups cooked turkey - chopped

1-1/2 cup turkey or chicken gravy

8 oz Sour Cream French Onion Dip

2 chicken bouillon cubes

Onion powder to taste

Garlic powder to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

3/4 cup crushed Corn Flakes

1/4 cup freshly grated Romano Cheese


Cook spinach according to package directions then drain & squeeze out excess water.

Cook noodles in water with bouillon cubes just until al-dente and drain.

Combine gravy, turkey, onion dip & seasonings.

Layer in a 2 qt greased casserole dish in this order: Noodles,spinach then dot with 2 Tbsp of the butter.

Pour turkey gravy >mixture over noodles and spinach.

Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes.

Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons butter.

Sprinkle with Romano cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350 deg for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
