Almond Chicken Salad


4 cups cubed cooked chicken

1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes - halved

1 cup chopped celery

3/4 cup sliced green onion

3 hard boiled eggs - sliced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1 Tbsp prepared mustard

1 Tsp salt

1/2 Tsp pepper

1/4 Tsp onion pepper

1/4 Tsp celery salt

1/8 Tsp dry mustard

1/8 Tsp paprika

1/2 cup slivered almonds - toasted


In large bowl combine chicken, grapes, celery, onions and eggs.

In another bowl, combine the next 9 ingredients and stir until smooth.

Pour over chicken mixture and toss gently.

Stir in almonds and serve immediately,or refrigerate and add almonds right before serving.
