Egg Roll in a Bowl


Ingredients


1 lb bulk sausage

1 bag coleslaw mix

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 Tbsp minced ginger

1/4 cup diced onion (red, yellow or sweet white)

1 Tbsp shoyu (soy sauce)

1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts - optional

1/4 cup green onion - chopped

1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil


Directions

In large skillet, brown the sausage but do not drain

Combine the next 6 ingredients and right on top of the cooked sausage

Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or until cole slaw mix has softened

Top with green onion and sesame oil before serving
