Apple Cider Relish


1 teaspoon barbecue seasoning to taste

1/2 cup apple cider

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 cup sugar to taste

1 teaspoon quality curry powder

3 apples, peeled and thinly sliced


To make relish,simmer all ingredients for about 10 minutes until soft.

Serve warm or cold with pork or beef.
