Hard Sauce


Ingredients


1/2 cup butter

1 cup powdered sugar-sifted

1/2 Tsp vanilla
or your favorite flavoring


Directions


Cream the butter until it is very fluffy and pale color (about 5 minutes).

Beat in the powdered sugar.

Stir in flavoring and chill for at least 1 hour.

Use as sauce for bread pudding,rice pudding,apple crisp,etc.
