Honey Orange Glaze 1
Ingredients
1 large naval orange
1 cup honey
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Directions
Carefully remove the peel from the orange in long,thin strips then squeeze juice from the orange.
Mix 2 Tbsp of juice with honey,cinnamon and cloves.
Use to baste ham or chicken during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Garnish with the strips of orange peel.
