Ingredients


32 oz semisweet chocolate chips

2 1/2 cups half and half or light cream

1 3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla


Directions

In a heavy pan, bring the chips,cram and sugar to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer til creamy(about 2 min).

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.

Serve warm over ice cream,plain white cake,pound cake or fresh fruits.


*Note: For variety,replace 1/2 cup of the half and half with 1/2 cup of cherry,orange or other flavored liqueur.
