Lemon Dill Vegetable Glaze


Ingredients


1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp cornstarch

1/4 cup water

1/2 tsp lemon peel

3 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp dried dill weed(or 2 tsp fresh)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper


Directions

Melt the butter in a pan.

Stir in brown sugar and cornstarch.

Add the remaining ingredients,cook and stir til thick.

Serve over choice of vegetables.
