Oriental Meat Marinade


1 clove garlic-crushed

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 small onion-peeled and roughly chopped

1 tbsp fresh curry leaves (may substitute with either fresh oregano or marjoram leaves)

1/4 tsp turmeric

salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp water

1 tsp oriental sesame oil


Combine all ingrediesnt and pour over meat of choice.

Marinate meat for at least 2 hours before baking or grilling.
